Yvette is a seasoned Human Capital Management Leader with over 14 years’ HR Management experience. Currently, she is working as the Head of Human Resources at CNOOC Uganda Limited where she has served for over 11 years in various roles. Her experience includes strategic Human Resource Development, Leadership, Change Management, coaching and organizational transformation.

Yvette holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from Uganda Management Institute, Bachelors in Mass Communication from Makerere University, is a certified Human Resources Practitioner from the chartered institution of Personnel & Development – UK, and a certified Coach.

She is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development-UK and a member of the Human Resource Managers Association Uganda.

Yvette is passionate about helping others realize their full potential, mentoring young professionals and serving community especially in rotary where she is the past CEO 2023.
