Pamela is a tax expert having advised several clients on tax matters for a period of over 18 years in both Uganda and the UK. This experience extends to the oil and gas industry where she has provided tax advisory services to players across the value chain and played a significant role in shaping tax policy.

She is a member of the Governing Council of the Uganda Chamber of Mines and Petroleum (UCMP) where she has served in various capacities for the last five years.

She is a sought-after speaker in the industry and her expertise has been featured in international press. 

Pamela is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
