- Advanced studies in financial programming.
•Expertise:
- Economic policy, financial management, taxation (income tax, VAT, excise taxation, customs duties)
- Policy formulation, analysis, and evaluation in economic sectors.
•Key roles:
- Former Commissioner of the Tax Policy Department, overseeing significant reforms in taxation and customs duties
- Led the development of Uganda’s Domestic Revenue Mobilization Strategy (DRMS)
- Former Commissioner, Microfinance Department, instrumental in financial inclusion and establishing the Microfinance Regulatory Authority
- Involved in regional initiatives such as the East African Customs Common Market and the East African Community Financial Sector Development Strategy.

- Shaping Uganda’s economic policies, driving financial inclusion, and enhancing revenue generation.
