My name is Liu Xiangdong, I hold a PhD in Petroleum Systems Engineering. I have been involved in Strategic Planning, New Ventures and Acquisition, Field development and Production. I hold seventeen years of oil and gas international business experience spanning South America, North America, Middle East, Asia pacific and Africa. Previously, I have also worked at CNOOC Uganda Limited from 2011-2015 as the Head of Production and Development Department where I was involved in the Field Development Plans (FDP) for the Kingfisher Development Area.
