In his previous role as a Senior National Content Officer at the Directorate of Petroleum under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development, he played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of national content within the sector. His contributions were instrumental in the development of the Local Content Policy for the Oil and Gas industry in Uganda 2018.
